Alex did a great job troubleshooting a leak that was the result of previous work. He traced the problem to its source and came back a few days later to fix the issue. He went out of his way to also repair things that were not part of the original work. He was very thorough and explained everything completely.
Very Polite. Very responsive, & good quality work. I had my roof replaced & new siding put on. Excellent communication throughout the process. Alex, the Project Manger, also made a special trip to install my outdoor light. I would highly recommend Midwest Adjusters & Elite Restoration company.
Elite replaced our roof and gutters. The crew worked hard to get the roof project done in one day. I found a few mistakes/concerns after the roof was installed, but they sent someone out to address my concerns. The office staff was very professional and took care of us well, overall. There was a mistake on the color of the gutters on the first install attempt, but we caught it before the gutters were put on, and they rescheduled the project as soon as possible. My insurance company also tried to pay less than agreed on for the project, but when I explained that on the phone, Elite took it up with the insurance company, rather than putting that burden on me. Which I really appreciated. Not without snags, but overall a good experience, and they tried to make things right as much as possible.
Project Manager Alex Miranda was very professional and the crew did a tear of and replacement of our home and garage in one day, cleaned up and followed up to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommended

I have nothing but good things to say about Elite! They installed my roof a year ago and I was very happy with their service. Lawrence Viera and all the others that contacted me were very professional. Lawrence even went the extra mile and helped me get shingles replaced a year after they installed my roof because of a sloppy painter getting paint on my shingles! Great customer service! Thanks!
Very pleased with the professionalism of Elite Restoration! I’m a General Contractor, and I know how to identify quality workmanship! And their cleanup was WAY beyond what most contractors would call “Good Enough”! I HIGHLY recommend Elite Restoration, and I will tell neighbors to not hesitate to use their services! (I’d post pictures, but my roof is covered with snow, so you’ll have to take my word for it!

Great company with a excellent team! Got our roof and siding replaced on our house and garage! We have only had our home less then a year and they made sure my insurance company acknowledged all the damage and get the job done!
