My roof and gutters were just replaced. What a great experience!! In the beginning I was kinda skeptical. Then after talking with them I knew they were a top notch company. Very thorough with answering all my questions. They even answered questions that I didn’t think I needed to ask. They think of every step from start to finish. Then, Elite Restorations sent their contractors to my home. Not only did they finish in 1 day. These guys were kind and courteous. They lay down tarps to catch any debris and moved my potted flowers out of the way so they wouldn’t get damaged. They are very experienced with replacing the roof. They arrived in the morning and before the sun went down. My roof looked amazing!! All materials were removed and my yard was clean. They even fixed some damage to my roof that I didn’t even know that I had. At no extra charge!!! Then, about a week later Elite Restorations scheduled the gutter crew to come to my home. No rescheduling and very prompt. These contractors know if any downspouts would need to be added for better flow. They arrived in the morning and had all the work done by the early afternoon. I have a bigger house and thought they would be there all day. Flawless work!! They had all the tarps and debris moved before dinner time. They honestly know exactly what to do. They answered all questions that I had about these gutters. Between both contractors. I thought that I would have to clean up some after them. Nope!! Not only did they do an amazing job. They cleaned and removed all unneeded materials. After the approval of work. Midwestern adjusters send out a gentleman that visited my home, and explained everything in detail. Answered all questions I had, and some details i didn’t even think about. I even got to choose the color of the shingles. They have so much to choose from!!! High quality materials that will last forever. Overall this was an amazing experience!! Midwestern adjusters pulled off something that I didn’t think was possible when I bought my home. Then Elite Restorations called me a couple weeks later to setup the date to have the work completed. Everything was completed exactly how I was told. Very friendly and absolutely professional!! Great work guys!!! I HIGHLY recommend that anyone considering this. Definitely take advantage of having a professional company complete the work on your home!!!

This company did an amazing job with our home. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof. The crew was extremely efficient and very professional. The Owens Corning shingles they suggested look amazing, we already referred them to a couple neighbors.

Elite Restoration did a great job replacing our roof. We really liked that they used premium quality Owens Corning. The crews kept the job clean and organized. We got approved with Midwestern Adjusters as well the whole process was super smooth.

Elite Restoration provided our house with new vinyl siding following great work by Midwestern Adjusters to obtain full siding replacement coverage. My wife and I are 100% pleased with the workmanship and would definitely recommend them if you’re planning to have your house sided. We couldn’t be happier with the job and the look of the house.

Elite Restorations is the construction company that was chosen by my insurance adjuster that helped to file my insurance claim for storm damage to my roof. We had a one day weather delay for our work but the next day the crew started to show up around 7:00am. They were working by 730 and quickly removed the old materials. They placed tarps to protect the landscaping. It was hard to count the total number of workers but it was about 9 of them and they worked efficiently. The roof looks great and the clean-up was done very well. I was a little worried during the work because there was plastic and even empty boxes that were caught in the trees during the work. By the time the last work vehicle left my yard was clean and back to its original condition. Here is the amazing part, they were done by noon and my roof surface is not small. I highly recommend this company for roof work.
